Recipes that take the guess work out of avoiding ingredients that can cause inflammation. In this book, those foods include wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, peanuts, citrus, nightshades. I've made some of the recipes and the results are pretty close to the expected.

Recipes that take the guess work out of avoiding ingredients that can cause inflammation. In this book, those foods include wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, peanuts, citrus, nightshades. I've made some of the recipes and the results are pretty close to the expected.
